Michael S. Jordan, CEO

Mr. Jordan is an entrepreneur with a diverse background having been the founder and CEO of six successful companies in the last 22 years. Mr. Jordan was the CEO of General Data Corporation in 1987, a firm specializing in ERP/EDI implementations; the CEO of the United Computer Exchange in 1993, a Web-based trading exchange for IT equipment. The company was merged in 1998; the CEO of TradePath Technologies in 1998, a firm that developed Web-based trading exchanges and e-procurement solutions. TradePath attracted 8 Million dollars in venture capital funding and was sold in 2000; the CEO of Trade Dynamics in 2000, a consulting company offering education and training programs in Lean supply chain management.
Mr. Jordan is currently the CEO of Management Games, a company that develops education and training products that assist organizations to rapidly implement business process improvements, and NetStream Communications™, a provider of Fiber-based connectivity and colocation services to small businesses.
Mr. Jordan holds a B.S. (organizational psychology) from the University of Georgia; an M.B.A (finance) from Georgia State University; Mr. Jordan is currently completing a

Woody Alpern, CFO

Howard "Woody" Alpern began his professional career with the accounting firm Touche Ross (now Deloitte & Touche) where he worked for eight years in the tax division specializing in pension planning and administration. In 1994 Woody co-founded Capital Investment Advisors (CIA), an Atlanta-based fee-only investment management firm that specializes in retirement income planning. CIA currently manages more than $600 million in assets, making it one of Atlanta’s largest fee-only investment firms.
Woody taught financial accounting at Georgia Perimeter College, and is frequently invited to speak to groups about personal finance issues. He co-hosted the financial talk radio show, Money Time for CNN radio and is a regular guest on NEWS/TALK 750 WSB-AM's Money Matters program, which airs Sundays from 9am to 11am. Woody has also written numerous financial newsletters and other consumer-related articles.
Woody holds a Masters Degree in accounting with an emphasis in taxation from the University of South Carolina. In addition to being a CPA, Woody is a Registered Investment Advisor and a licensed Life and Health insurance agent. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Georgia Society of CPAs.
