The Virtual User Power Features are purchased individually on an à la carte basis and there is no requirement to purchase additional Enterprise Premium seats to acquire the features. The Virtual User Power Features are:

Alternate Numbers - Allows a user to have up to 10 alternate numbers in addition to the main phone number. A user can be reached through any of these phone numbers. |

Anonymous Call Rejection - Allows a user to reject calls from anonymous parties who have restricted their identities. |

Call Forwarding Always - Allows a user to automatically redirect all incoming calls to another destination. |

Call Forwarding Busy - Allows a user to redirect incoming calls to another destination only when the user is busy. |

Call Forwarding No Answer - Allows a user to redirect incoming calls to another destination when the user does not answer within a specified number of rings. |

Call Forwarding Not Reachable - Enables a user to redirect incoming calls when certain conditions are met. This feature is not applicable for use with Virtual User such as a Hunt Group, Auto Attendant, or Call Center Queue. |

Call Forwarding Selective - Allows a user to define criteria to determine when a call should be redirected to another destination, such as "after 5:00pm," or "when the calling number is 555-555-5555." |

Priority Alert - Allows a user to define criteria to have certain incoming calls prompt an alert, such as power ringing when an incoming call has a certain digit pattern (for example, 319*). |

Selective Call Acceptance - Allows a user to define criteria that allows incoming calls. Calls that do not meet those criteria will be rejected. |
