Here is a Fixed-Mobile Convergence solution from BroadSoft that allows users to be reached on any phone they choose (such as a desk phone, mobile phone, and/or soft phone) when a single number is dialed.
BroadWorks Anywhere allows end users to designate a single phone number for all incoming and outgoing calls, regardless of which phone they are currently using -- mobile, office PBX, home, etc.
Calls to a single number ring all phones and the user is free to answer on any device. Once a call is active on the single number, the user is free to pickup any other device and continue the conversation uninterrupted. For example, if you’re on an office conference call but need to leave the office for an appointment, you can move the call to your mobile. End users receive the added benefit of a common business calling "experience" across all devices.

BroadWorks Anywhere is included in the Personal Mobility Feature Pack. It is available with all Enterprise Premium Seats at no additional charge and can also be added as an à la carte feature to an Enterprise Basic Seat, Enterprise Standard Seat, or an IPTrunk by purchasing the Personal Mobility Feature Pack. It cannot be added to an enterprise Dial-tone Seat.
