BroadSoft Unified Connector for Salesforce enables full integration of the Salesforce Customer Relationship Management tool with NetStream’s hosted PBX and SIP Trunking services.
With the Salesforce connector, users can automatically capture and manage a detailed log of all calls from within Salesforce to track interactions with customers. The integration automatically opens a caller’s contact record when the user receives an incoming call.
The BroadSoft Salesforce integration is available to all NetStream VoIP customers at no additional charge. An installation demonstration and user guide is provided for users.
NOTE: BroadSoft, along with NetStream, does not offer a Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the BroadSoft Unified Connector for Salesforce. Troubleshooting assistance and technical support are not available from BroadSoft or NetStream for this application.
